With Easter almost upon us, I wanted to wish you all a Happy Easter and give you a few recipe ideas a week ahead of time. Whether you are #TeamHam or #TeamLamb, I have some delicious recipes that will go perfectly with either meat.
I would recommend my Asparagus & Havarti Dill Sheet Pan Eggs for breakfast. This is super simple to make and it cooks quickly. I simply bake the eggs and then cut into desired shapes and add to some sliced toast for easy breakfast sammies before church.
With Easter dinner, I would add an Asparagus Spring Salad in Parmesan Cheese Cups.
I would also add make my Spring Morel Risotto with Asparagus and Peas.
For dessert, I would make my Rhubarb & Strawberry Pretzel Crumble.
