This is a great time of the year to make a ton of meatballs and freeze them for your upcoming holiday parties. These are super simple to make ahead and freeze.

Since it's snowmobile season, I'll show you how I add these Muffler Meatballs to my Muffpot (a stainless steel pot that attaches to my exhaust pipe on my sled) and have a hot, cheesy meal while out snowmobiling.
