I'm so excited to be one of the headlining chefs on the Meijer food stage next month for the 12th Annual Grand Rapids International Wine, Beer & Food Festival. I was recently on Wood TV - eightWest showing some of my appetizer and cocktail combinations (or as I call them Appy Tails) that I will be demonstrating at the festival.
