MSU vs U of M Game Day Food

Buffalo Chicken & Blue Cheese Slaw Sliders

The big rival game is here! MSU takes on U of M at noon on Saturday, October 20, 2018. One of my favorite parts of the game is the food! Join me on WZZM around 7:45 am on Saturday for some tailgating food ideas. If you have waited until the last moment to decide on your party food, then I have you covered. I am going to show you some quick and easy recipes that you can do at the last minute. These recipes are delicious, super simple, and no one will ever know that you waited until the last minute to put them together.

It all starts with some chicken! If you want to use a rotisserie chicken, shred or dice the meat. If you want some breaded chicken, grab some crispy chicken strips from your local hot deli (or even frozen strips and throw them in the oven.)

Both of these can be made into lettuce wraps instead of using the buns.
